Lexington, Texas is a small town known for its barbecue, but it’s newest resident isn’t there for the food. A snake-shifter has slithered into town and is making his presence known in murderous ways. When Vervain is called in to investigate, she learns that there’s far more at stake than the residents of Lexington.
